Can I change bag dimensions from the standard sizes?
Certainly. All our bags are custom made. So you can tweak the sizes as per your requirements, usually at no extra cost.
How do I submit my art work?
You can upload your artwork and/or imprint instructions online.You also have the option to e-mail your artwork and detailed imprint instructions to xinrui@xinruibz.com. If we do not receive the artwork and/or imprint instructions in a timely manner your order may be subject to delays. We recommend submitting High Resolution art files to meet production time frames. If you do not have high resolution artwork, send us what you have and we will clean up and retouch your art. Retouching artwork may delay the order.
How competitive are your prices?
Our prices are very competitive as we are the direct manufacturer and no middleman is involved in sourcing them. However, if you have some target price in mind or come across any lower price, let us know and we’ll try to beat that price if possible.
Can I see a physical per-production sample before I place my bulk order?
We offer 2 physical samples of a product with your own artwork .
Samples fee range from $16 - $85 depending on the item’s artwork.
- Maximum 3 samples .
- Samples regularly ship within 3-5 days from time of received the sample charge.
- The sample charge will be refund to your next bulk order,if your order up to 5000pcs.

What is Normal/Standard Production Time?
10000 pieces bags the estimated normal production time is 7-10 business days after received your deposit .Above 100000 pieces production time is 18-30 business days.This time frame is also dependent upon the size of the order and/or the complexity of the artwork or process employed. If you have a specific “in-hands” date, please be sure that there is adequate time before placing an order with a normal production time frame. Delivery dates are only estimated and not guaranteed for orders with normal production time frame.
I can’t find the style I am after - can I design my own bag?
Yes, as mentioned earlier all the bags are custom made and designed to suit your requirements. You just have to send us the sample/photograph of the bag style you are after & we can design it for you.
What is your normal packaging?
Generally we pack our bags in a 7-ply corrugated carton box with poly bags inside or 20 pieces per bundle,200 pieces per carton. If you want to pack each product in a single poly bag, you have to inform us before placing the order. Specific carton size and master mark is available.
Individual poly bags & custom size cartons are available at an extra cost.
What are your delivery terms?
By Air-We delivery the goods via UPS, DHL or FedEx, Door to Door service
By sea-We have long term cooperated forwarder will can help you to deal with Shipment booking, custom clearance, documents prepare work etc.
